FAQS

I do not live in the UK but would like to purchase some artwork - is this possible?
Yes. Canvas artwork and prints on fine art paper can be posted abroad to almost anywhere in the world. If you provide your postal address I will give you a price including the postage to your address.

Do you do really large artwork?
Absolutely, one of the most recent pieces of wall art was 3.6 metres tall by 2 metres wide. The single image was split over 6 enormous canvases.

What's the benefit of having a heat-sealed canvas?
The heat sealing process adds a waterproof and scratchproof surface to the canvas which can be useful if it is to be hung in an area where it may get touched a lot or there is a lot of moisture around.

Can I have my canvas gallery wrapped with the image stretched around the side of the frame?
Yes, let us know at the time of ordering - there is no extra charge for this. Another option is to have the sides colour matched to the image - again let us know at the time of ordering.

Please could you explain what a triptych canvas is?
Yes, a triptych canvas is a striking way to display your artwork as a single image printed over three canvases to be hung side by side. A diptych canvas is where the image is printed over two side by side canvases.

I would like to buy one of your canvases but the proportions are wrong for my wall space - can you help?
No problem, either the image can be cropped or you will be offered a similar piece in the proportions you require.

What is Paypal and how does it work?
PayPal is the world's most popular "middleman service" for online purchasing. PayPal has become such a convenient and trusted way to transfer money online, 95% of eBay's purchases go through PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase using Paypal , you can pay using a credit card. Contemporary Wall Art uses Paypal due to its flexibility as it enables payment requests for bespoke artwork to be sent to the customer via email.

Can I have the artwork printed onto something other than what is shown on the website?
Most definately, one of the most popular choices at the moment is to have the artwork printed onto bespoke wallpaper and a range of fabrics. If you have an idea - just ask!
